FamilyRally is a free tool for sharing medical recovery updates with friends and family. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your content
You own the content you post. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it as part of the service. You're responsible for what you share — please don't post content that is:
- False or misleading
- Harmful, threatening, or abusive
- In violation of anyone's privacy
- Illegal
Not a medical service
FamilyRally is a communication tool, not a medical service. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
FamilyRally is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not intended for use by healthcare providers to communicate with patients in a clinical capacity.
No guarantees
FamilyRally is provided as-is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability. We're not liable for any loss of data, missed notifications, or other issues that arise from using the service.
Page removal
We reserve the right to remove pages that violate these terms or are clearly being misused. Page creators can delete their own pages at any time from the admin panel.
Age requirement
FamilyRally is intended for users 13 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of FamilyRally after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
